At Ski Barn, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
